Form 1095-A is issued by the Marketplace and includes information about the premium paid or premium credit used by anyone in your household who got any marketplace plan includes. This form is generally sent by mid-February by mail. This form is not issued by the IRS, but you may require it while filing a tax return.
How to find your 1095-A online
- Log in to your HealthCare.gov account.
- Under “Your Existing Applications,” select your 2021 application — not your 2022 application.
- Select “Tax Forms” from the menu on the left.
- Download all 1095-As shown on the screen.
