The SGIP  tax rebate is in the range of 15-20% of the average battery cost. However, for some Medical Baseline&nbsp;people living in&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ia.cpuc.ca.gov\/firemap\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Tier 2 or Tier 3 High Fire Threat Districts, <\/a>full cost offset is also possible. Property-Assessed Clean Energy Loan for Solar Energy<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncsl.org\/research\/energy\/pace-financing.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">PACE<\/a> or Propert-Assessed Clean Energy Program, is currently running in twenty states, including the state of California. It is an easy loan option under which local authorities work with finances and help property owners to&nbsp;finance their qualified solar energy and energy efficiency projects.
